GENESIS 2024: FLUIDITY

Genesis 2024’s theme was “Fluidity”, celebrating concepts in all forms — embracing movement, nature, gender, life, and everything beyond traditional binaries. From this theme, a four act fashion show centered around a storm was developed.

ACT I - CALM

In the quiet moments before a storm, the water stands still. A reflection lingers on the surface. It mirrors not just the world around us, but the depths within.

As the storm takes full form, we realize that within the chaos, something new is born.

Enter the eye of the storm, where the essence of water and the fluidity of identity collide, creating movement that blurs boundaries

After the storm, the world exhales. In this stillness, we begin again. The music ends, cueing a blackout of all lights in the space. From the darkness, a single silhouette emerges.
