21 designers present 30 original garments on the runway, modeled by students. Each look is the result of months of exploration, refinement, and risk-taking — coming together in a showcase that highlights the versatile skillset of the Ringling College community.

The production design transforms the venue into a world of its own. With sculptural Greek columns, natural elements, and dynamic spatial design, the set evolves throughout the show — blurring the line between environment and experience and grounding the narrative of Genesis in a tangible, otherworldly space.

Sound and motion design are crafted by students with guidance from faculty, working together to create an atmosphere that goes beyond performance. Music and motion act as extensions of the set itself, shaping the rhythm of the show and transforming the space into a fully immersive world that pulls the audience in.

Genesis is entirely student-led, built through collaboration across disciplines in all majors. It is a collective effort fueled by creativity, trust, and shared vision — where students come together to create something larger than any single role or medium.

Guests will be welcomed with an outdoor experience ahead of the show, including a photo area, live figure sketch portrait artists, and additional interactive elements. Designed to enhance the evening, this space offers attendees a chance to engage with the creative energy of Genesis before entering the venue.
